Soli is a holistic ecosystem of products and services strategically offered to farmer families via a mobile app that is designed to meet their needs and increase stability.
Since the users of this ecosystem are farmers of India and India being a diversified country, people living here are having different set of behavior and different mental models to interpret any information according to their own understanding, the challenge was to meet their behavior, especially inside the agriculture sector through the platform.
With conducting User Research and interviews with farmers, The phionike design team understood that assuming on user’s behalf harms the design thinking so, taking real time feedback is something which helps a lot in taking design decisions
